The 3rd International Conference on New Energy and Optoelectronic Materials (NEOM 2025), will be held on June 21-23, 2025 in Kunming, China. The conference is hosted by PASE-Pashanhu of Scholars and Engineers, and on behalf of the organising committee, we would like to cordially invite experts and scholars from academia and industry to attend NEOM 2025!

In the 21st century, new energy materials and devices are urgently demanded, as they are the key and foundation to realize the transformation and utilization of new energy in the face of aggravating energy and environmental problems. Indeed, a lot of progress in new energy materials has been made, such as optoelectronic materials, bioenergy, and wind power.

Focusing on recent and appealing novel materials for optoelectronics, the 3rd International Conference on New Energy and Optoelectronic Materials (NEOM 2025) aims to provide an opportunity for physicists, chemists, engineers, biologists, and other specialists on an international platform to communicate in a team and to interact, facing and solving new scientific and technological challenges, and to inspire more advanced ideas.

NEOM 2025 welcomes research from all energy materials related areas– whether applied, experimental or theoretical and showcases high quality keynote speeches, invited talks, oral and poster presentations of refereed papers. All paper submissions will be peer reviewed by at least 2-3 independent reviewers based on research novelty, technical excellence, or unique applications in the real world.

Kunming City is a national historical and cultural city, as early as 30,000 years ago there are human beings living and reproducing around the Dianchi Pond; Chu Ha Xiang Wang nineteen years (278 years ago), the establishment of the state of Yunnan, the capital here; Tang Yongtai first year (765 years), the state of Nanzhao built Tuo Dong City, the beginning of the construction of the city of Kunming; the end of the Ming Dynasty, the regime of the Southern Ming Dynasty, the capital of the Yonglixi in Kunming. Kunming belongs to the northern subtropical low-latitude plateau mountain monsoon climate, for the mountainous terrain, due to the low-latitude plateau and the formation of "four seasons like spring" climate, enjoying the "Spring City" reputation. Kunming is at the intersection of the North-South International Corridor and the third East-West Asian-European Continental Bridge starting from Shenzhen, and is the gateway city for China to open up to Southeast Asia and South Asia, as well as the intersection of the ASEAN "10+1" Free Trade Area Economic Circle, the Greater Mekong Sub-region Economic Co-operation Circle, and the Pan-Pearl River Delta (PPRD) Regional Economic Co-operation Circle. The China Kunming Import and Export Commodities Fair, the China International Tourism Fair and the China Kunming International Tourism Festival have made Kunming one of the major exhibition cities in China.
